Our practice in this field encompasses intellectual property assignment, licensing, protection, and enforcement. We handle inter partes cases before the Bureau of Patents, Trademarks and Technology Transfer (B.P.T.T.T.), including the conduct of trademark, patent and copyright searches, intellectual property registration; monitoring of registered marks and patents against infringements and unfair competition practices; protecting property rights by instituting the appropriate suits before the Philippine Patent Office.
